We have a HUGE hallway and had never had a carpet so fitting one was a big move. In all honesty we were nervous as C&K don’t have a showroom but we met Larry and Chris and were instantly put at ease. I cannot say how pleased I am with the job that has been done. Larry sourced the specific carpet I wanted, Chris fitted it perfectly despite it being a fine stripe and really hard to match up. He also cleared up after himself and was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout and the pricing was fair and competitive. Really highly recommend.
Originally had gone for one of the carpet laying chains, but they didn’t seem to be very competent at dealing with my staircase fortunately these guys are experts . Larry was incredibly helpful on the phone and Chris (I believe that’s his name) did an amazing job and was very quick and efficient. I can’t recommend these people highly enough. They really know their stuff and they’re very friendly and effective for what they do A++++ rating
It was so easy to work with Larry and his team. Just had carpet fitted by Chris for a new loft bedroom and staircase. Larry was able to be flexible with multiple delays due to building works. Really happy with the finished product and even considering getting other bedrooms done in the future.
I went to C&K for advice on re carpeting my downstairs and stairs as the carpets had warn compared to the first and second floor. The team were able to colour match the carpet perfectly and talked me through the process.
The service was quick and effortless and my home feels brand new again. I may even get the upstairs done this year.
